Returns Policy

At Tashkaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns are not accepted on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please contact us at natasha@tashkaya.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Address: We will provide you with the return address once you contact us.
4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at natasha@tashkaya.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
